Learn more about the Rebound Disc Practice System for Lawn Bowls...
The Rebound Disc Practice System is an valuable resource for any bowler, coach or Bowling Club.
![]() | The Lawn Bowls ClubAt long last the Bowling Club can provide a formalized Lawn Bowls practice tool in the form of the "Rebound Disc Practice System" for its members. The set of 12 is recommended for clubs because that set has the capability of being used on 2 greens at once.
![]() | The Lawn Bowls CoachEvery Coach now has a professional coaching tool that will maximise the Coach and Pupil's time; it will allow the Coach to formalize specific practice exercises with a practical system that is both user friendly and simplistic. The coach can now provide set practice routines that will fast track the pupil's development, which will result in better prepared bowlers mastering their crafter at a much earlier stage.
![]() | The BowlerThe Rebound Discs have been specifically developed for the Lawn Bowler! I believe every bowler should own their own set of Rebound Discs because as a bowler, you can take full control and responsibility for your own development and performance on the bowling green. The Practice System Booklet: forms a vital part of the Rebound Disc Practice System with its set of 18 specific exercises. This empowers you to practice the exact drills that you need to perfect, to make you the best that you can be as a bowler. You can now take charge of your own bowling development!
Has this ever happened to you? In your busy schedule, you allocate an hour to practice your bowling; your goal is to perfect a specific shot, so you set up a head, bowl to it, and frustratingly waste 30% of your allocated time walking up and down the green to repair the disturbed bowls at the head. Yes, we've all done it! The Rebound Discs will change your life: They will save you the frustration of wasting your valuable time and will provide you with a higher quality and more intense practice session. When you set up your Rebound Disc head, it simply won't alter no matter how hard you hit the discs, or how many times they are hit! When using the Rebound Discs you will bowl 32 bowls in an intense 30 minute session, and your bowling will take a quantum leap as you practicing specific shots or skills with this practice system. You will find this to be a high quality and an intense practice session, and your bowling improvement will be dramatic! |
SET of 6: (4 Rebound Discs & 2 Rebound Jacks)
This is the very minimum we suggest for the individual bowler because you can set up one head with the 4 Rebound Bowls and 1 Rebound Jack, and this will allow you to practice specific shots with a reasonable crowded head. Of course, the remaining Jack is placed on its own to draw or even drive too at the other end.
SET of 8: (6 Rebound Discs & 2 Rebound Jacks)
This set is excellent for the individual bowler to purchase because you can set up a much more challenging head with the extra Rebound Bowls. Or you could use 3 Rebound Bowls at each end of the rink.
SET of 10: (8 Rebound Discs & 2 Rebound Jacks)
The set of 10 allows for a more comprehensive head at each end of the rink. This will allow you to practice one specific exercise bowling one way and a completely different exercise bowling back the other. Two specific exercises in the one training session is an obvious advantage for any bowler.
SET of 12: (8 Rebound Discs & 4 Rebound Jacks)
This set is strongly recommended for the Club and Coach alike because you can set up 2 rinks simultaneously which will obviously give more bowlers the use of the Practice System. It is invaluable for the Coach because you can set up completely different exercises on 2 rinks; and you will be able to better advise and evaluate a number of pupils at the one time, therefore maximising your valuable time without detracting from the pupils coaching results.
Extra Rebound Bowls:
These can be purchased to add to a set of Rebound Discs that you may already have, or you may want a set which is larger than the Set of 12; and of course that can be accommodated.
Extra Rebound Jacks:
Clubs are already purchasing extra Rebound Jacks to be used on training nights instead of using the much more costly “game day Jacks”, and this makes good sense. It has the added advantage for the bowler who may may have a specific exercise that requires more Jacks to facilitate that drill.
Practice System Booklet:
This Practice System Booklet with 18 specific exercises is designed to take a bowler on a step by step process that will see them improve specific shots as they work their way through the system. As you work through the exercises you will develop skills and shots that will result in a practical application on game day. With the aid of the Rebound Disc set up and the Practice System Booklet drills you will rapidly develop shots that will normally take you years to perfect.
Practice System Container:
This robust, purpose built container; although designed and built to house the Rebound Discs can be purchased separately, and like the rest of the Practice System is a quality product.THE "REBOUND DISC PRACTICE SYSTEM" FOR LAWN BOWLS IS AUSTRALIAN MADE AND OWNED!
